Dr. Billon Constable is a seasoned leadership development coach with over two decades of hands-on experience across diverse industries. He specializes in helping business leaders tap into their God-given leadership potential, turning complex theories into practical coaching strategies that unlock their unique abilities. Dr. Constable’s mission is to guide others to higher awareness, leadership capability, and motivation by aligning their actions with their dreams.
With a proven track record in strategic planning, project management, and business development, Dr. Constable has secured over $10 million in grants and funding for organizations. His expertise spans financial planning, collaboration, and community engagement, having consulted for private nonprofits and churches nationwide. His leadership extends beyond business, with a commitment to serving his community, earning him numerous awards, including a proclamation from the State of Oklahoma in recognition of his transformative work.
Dr. Constable holds a Ph.D. in Christian Counseling, an MBA in Management, and a bachelor’s in accounting, and is pursuing a Doctorate in Strategic Leadership with a completion date of May 3, 2025.

Dr. ANN-MARIE CONSTABLE, ED. D, MBA
Chief Financial Officer/ Financial Consultant
Dr. Ann-Marie Constable is a proud graduate of Oral Roberts University with a diverse career in corporate leadership and higher education. After 28 years in corporate America, including 12 years as CFO for a prominent insurance broker firm, she returned to ORU in January 2022 as an adjunct professor in finance and management. She holds a bachelor’s in management, with a concentration in human resource management, and an MBA in finance from ORU, where she also served as president of the MBA Association. In 2020, she completed her Doctorate in Educational Leadership with a concentration in Higher Education Administration, focusing her dissertation on "The Ethical Competence of Business School Students."
Dr. Constable's expertise spans financial leadership, human resources, risk management, and operations, strengthened by her experience in executive roles. Beyond the corporate world, she brings her wealth of knowledge to higher education. She serves as the CFO and Financial Consultant for Constable & Associates. She is also an Assistant Professor of Finance and Management at ORU, preparing future business leaders through a spirit-empowered approach.
Active in her local church and community, Dr. Constable served on multiple boards, including Domestic Violence Intervention, where she has held the Treasurer role, and Tulsa Botanic Gardens, where she served on the finance committee. Her commitment to service aligns with her belief in faith-driven leadership, inspiring her students and her community to make a meaningful impact. Married for 31 years to Billon, they have three children. Dr. Constable's dedication to education and leadership development embodies her passion for shaping transformative leaders.

ALEX-MARIE CONSTABLE, BSc
Marketing and Social Media Consultant
Alex-Marie L. Constable graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University, majoring in Entrepreneurship with double minors in Fashion Design and Marketing. She is now pursuing her MBA with a concentration in marketing at Oral Roberts University. Alex-Marie distinguished herself academically throughout her undergraduate studies, earning honors such as the President’s Honor Roll, Dean’s List, and the OSU Leadership Award.
With a Content Marketing Specialist certification, Alex-Marie brings practical experience from her Quantus Creative and Chirpyest internships. At Quantus Creative, she developed and executed social media campaigns, conducted marketing research, and produced short-form video content, helping brands boost their online presence. Her work at Chirpyest further refined her expertise in influencer marketing, where she managed social media calendars, analyzed engagement data, and negotiated influencer partnerships.
She possesses technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and social media platforms, enabling her to create impactful content strategies and engage targeted audiences. In addition to her professional experience, Alex-Marie held leadership roles as Vice President of the Minority Women’s Association and Executive Secretary of the Black Student Association at OSU.
As an MBA candidate, Alex-Marie is now positioned to offer her diverse marketing expertise as a consultant in Management, Accounting, Finance, IT, and Marketing sectors, driving creative and data-driven solutions for business growth.
